Christmas Doll

I used a janome Horizon Memory Craft 15000 to make this Christmas Doll, after designing it myself using Stitch Artist 3 on the Embrilliance software. The doll is made first using my in the hoop design on the embroidery function of the Janome machine. The skirt section of her dress, was made afterwards, using the sewing function of the same machine. I also made the wings using a feather ribbon trim that was gathered together and sewn by hand. So the heirloom doll is a multi discipline sewing project, made with love.
